Jason is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Jeneration Capital. Prior to joining Jeneration Capital in 2017, he was a Managing Director and Global Partner at Tiger Global Management, a technology and consumer-focused global investment management firm. Prior to joining Tiger Global, Jason was the Director of China for TA Associates, where he focused on investments in growth companies in China. Previously, he was a Director of Asia-Pacific for Summit Partners, and an Associate Consultant for Bain & Company. Jason has nearly two decades of investment and consulting experience in Asia and the U.S. Jason is Chair of the Investment Committee. Jason graduated from Northwestern University with joint Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Chinese Culture and a Masters of Arts degree in Economics.
Jimmy is a Partner and the Founder of Jeneration Capital. Prior to founding Jeneration Capital in 2015, Jimmy was a Director at Silver Lake Partners where he focused on technology-related investments. Previously, he was an Executive Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group of Morgan Stanley in the U.S. and Asia. Jimmy has over two decades of investment and finance experience, and is a member of the Investment Committee. Jimmy graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a joint Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Management Science in Finance.
Tony is a Partner of Jeneration Capital. Prior to joining Jeneration Capital in 2017, he was a Partner at Coatue Management, a technology and consumer-focused global hedge fund manager with over $11 billion of assets under management. Previously, he was a Principal at DCM, a U.S. and Asia-focused venture capital fund. Tony has 14 years of investment and corporate development experience in Asia. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Tony graduated with honors from Peking University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
